Most of our communication will be through email and Slack and you’ll have your own client portal that allows you and I to access all project information, see uploaded project presentations and feedback.

When you make the deposit – typically 40% or 50% – it’s non-refundable. If we’re not jiving creatively, the remaining balance is off the table.
