Most of our communication will be through email and Slack and you’ll have your own client portal that allows you and I to access all project information, see uploaded project presentations and feedback.

This will depend on different factors. I will be more likely to say yes if your brand has an existing brand guidelines document and several logo variations to work with. The reason being is that I want to ensure that we establish a cohesive brand identity.

I’ll also be available for website support for a week and also provide recorded videos to help you maintain your website. I also offer an additional service called Website Care Plan for me to handle all website maintenance stuff.
Website copywriting and brand photography service are currently not available. I use AI to assist with a little copywriting and to create your on-brand stock photos if you’ve hired me for your brand design service.
If you require professional assistance with copywriting and brand photographer in your local area, I have connections with some trusted incredible and creative copywriters that can help prepare and curate your website content.
Let’s talk about it upfront. In our creative direction phase, we align our styles to ensure our journey together is a harmonic masterpiece. When you make the deposit – typically 40% or 50% – it’s non-refundable. If we’re not jiving creatively, the remaining balance is off the table. Rest assured, this situation is as rare as a unicorn sighting, but hey, let’s keep it real and transparent!
