All physical products (Art prints and Notebooks) are produced via Printful, a third-party that uses 6-7 business days for production after processing. Additional time may be required for orders with multiple pieces. You’ll receive an email when you submit your order & another when the shipment is sent out.

At the moment, we only ship our physical products (Art prints and Notebooks) to U.S. and Canada with free shipping cost.

Return and refund policy

For the Art prints and Notebooks, since they are made-to-order, we do not take returns unless there is a problem with the product.

There are no refunds or returns for items unless they damaged or get lost in the mail because everything is made-to-order which means we don’t store inventory in order to exchange an item. Please make sure to double check the your order before completing it.

We offer NO REFUNDS ON ANY DIGITAL PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE including but not limited to ALL website templates, pre-made brand kits, or any other intangible, digital products. ALL SALES ARE FINAL because it is impossible to return a digital product. For more information, please read the Terms and Conditions.

providing wrong shipping address

The shipment for our physical products (Art prints and Notebooks) will be returned to us and you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

What if I receive my item damaged?

Our physical products (Art prints and Notebooks) are packed safely but in case it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us for a replacement at no charge! To make this process go faster please provide photos of the unsatisfactory product, your order information, and email us at help@zuhkey.com so we can gladly sort it out for you!

What if I did not receive my item?

Please note that refunds will NOT be offered due to DELAYED SHIPMENTS. Due to the pandemic, the delays are unpredictable but below we have an estimation: 

U.S. orders: 5-7 business days

Canada orders: 5-7 business days

If the shipping address was correct and your order never arrived, get in touch with us at help@zuhkey.com with your order information. That way we can issue you a full refund, or try to replace your order by sending it to a new address to prevent it from getting lost again.
