100% attention on you – no other client work or emails. Just know that some things provided may take longer than expected with revisions, length of copy/content, etc., but I will aim to get as much as we can done in the 8 hours.

Secure your spot in the calendar once your application is approved and a 50% deposit is due along with signing the contract to officially start. You’ll receive a Welcome package with all of the details about our VIP day and links to drive folder to start adding your deliverables
5 working days prior to the VIP day, we’ll hop on a 30 minute call to review the deliverables you uploaded in the Drive folder, and plan out what needs to be done and what I’ll need from you to complete the project
I’ll send a checklist and any other questions about your brand or your website copy. I’ll also send over our day-of schedule so you know exactly when to expect deliverables from us and when I expect feedback from you.
On the day of VIP design day, I’ll start bright and early, set aside all other works and distractions and dedicate a full 8-hours to just you. I ask that you’re always available to stay in touch throughout the day, via email or slack, to get your feedback on progress and make sure we’re headed in the right direction.
You’ll receive the invoice for the final payment and once payment is done, you’ll receive all the final files all neatly organised, a video overview, and any recommendations for how to move forward with your design. Hooray! Time to launch your brand or website!

VIP design day currently starts at $ 1,100 USD. A 50% deposit is due upon application approval and after choosing your VIP day. The final payment is due the day after your VIP day.

We usually get a lot done in a day! However, depending on your needs and the size of your projects, I may recommend booking a full custom branding or website project with us. Yes! Please make sure you’ll be free the day of our scheduled VIP design day. I will need you to give feedback, approve designs, check layouts, etc and the quicker you are to respond, the quicker we can move on to the next phase. We’ll have scheduled check-in times throughout the day where I’ll show you progress and ask for feedback. You can choose your desired communication channel so it’s efficient as possible!
